How We Review
Every review here begins with a fresh install from the same file a reader would use. We verify the package identity, install on physical devices, review the app's permissions before judging anything else, and set it up exactly as a new user would.
Testing runs on five standard phones that represent the devices our readers actually own: the Samsung Galaxy A55 (Android 15), the Google Pixel 8 (Android 16), the Redmi Note 13 Pro (Android 14), the Infinix Note 40 Pro (Android 14), and the Samsung Galaxy A13 (Android 12). Performance on the oldest device counts as much as performance on the newest.
The app is then used for a full week of real tracking: sports events checked daily, movies shortlisted for real evenings, and series followed across actual viewing. We note where listings were accurate, where categories helped or hindered, and how the app behaved on limited data and storage.
Verdicts are grounded in the app's own information: its declared data safety position, its ads, its size and requirements, and the gap, if any, between its description and its behaviour. Claims we cannot verify are labelled as such rather than repeated.
When a significant update lands, the review is retested rather than reworded. Version changes, permission changes, and data safety changes all trigger a fresh install and a new round of the same week-long routine.
